Here at AllPinPlace, our goal is to ensure that items reach our customers as quickly as possible, and we guarantee that all items are shipped promptly. To achieve this, there are several measures in place to ensure swift and secure shipping.
We provide a tracking code so that customers can monitor the progress of their order delivery.
Order Placement Deadline
The order placement deadline is 2:00 PM (GMT-03:00) United States Standard Time. It is essential to respect this deadline, as after it, the shipping process will already be underway. This ensures that handling and transit times are optimized, providing customers with a faster and more efficient delivery.
Handling and Transit Time (ESTIMATED DELIVERY SCHEDULES)
All products available at AllPinPlace are shipped directly from our international suppliers (Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, the United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase.
The handling time is estimated at 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time may take 12 to 21 business days (Monday to Friday) for Free (Economy) Shipping or;
Transit time may take 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday) for Express Shipping with a fixed cost of $20.00.
It is important to note that these deadlines do not include holidays or scheduled service interruptions, which may delay the arrival of the order.
Products will be shipped by Post or another carrier, and there will always be a Tracking Code that allows the customer to monitor the delivery progress. The tracking code for tracking access will be sent to your email as soon as it is available for the AllPinPlace; the tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Post website.
*Note: Estimated shipping times do not include handling/separation time!
Freight Calculation:
To check the cost and delivery time, simply choose the desired items and click "Add to Cart." Then, enter the ZIP code, and the system will automatically calculate the cost and delivery time.
Shipping in Multiple Packages:
In some cases, it is possible for the order to arrive in multiple packages and shipments on different days, depending on the type, quantity, and weight of the items in your order. Don't worry; you will not be charged for additional packages and shipments beyond the amount that appears at checkout.
Ensuring Safety and Speed in Delivery:

Additionally, it is important to be aware of regional restrictions and holidays that may delay shipment receipt. To avoid unforeseen circumstances, always check with your local postal service for possible interruptions or restrictions.

The store guarantees order delivery, and we undertake to refund the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free internet tracking; the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 60 business days from the dispatch, except for cases beyond the store's control, the full payment will be refunded on that date."
Recipient Absence:
Ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The Postal Service attempts three deliveries; if there is no one at the address to receive the package in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office, and in this case, it will be necessary for the package recipient to collect it from the Post Office within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not collect the package within this period, by Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required for the product to be resent.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient should collect the package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post website using the tracking code provided by the store.
In case of non-delivery due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee, to be calculated (shipping cost + Post Office fee), will be required for the product to be resent.
By making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the conditions and rules determined by the AllPinPlace.
